If you ask me, you are better off asking for advise here.

Most of the LFS are using old methods of marine fishkeeping.... perfectly sustainable for livestock that stays a week or two at the most.

They will also tell you everything is compatible with each other, sell you stuff you will find that you don't really need, or isn't good enough for the job... just to clear their stock.

I am just generalising... but I find a lot of them don't research as much as hobbyists in the latest breakthroughs in the hobby, or information regarding species feeding, behaviour and care.

You can still listen, because knowledge is knowledge but sifting out the nuggets of truth is something you have to learn yourself.

My 2 cents... with a pinch of salt.
