SRC Member kueytoc Posted March 22, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted March 22, 2006 The Rhinopias spp. has fascinated many reefers alike. The following is an article explaining the bio-nature & care of this exotic but endangered species which I certainly hope will help to increase its survival rate in a captive environment. http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/may2003/Fish.htm http://www.reefkeeping.com/issues/2002-11/hcs3/index.php Quote WRASSEY REEF PARADISE 4ftx2.5ftx2.5ft SRC Site: Welcome to My World of WRASSEYS !!! Rhinopias
I've kept some of it in a species tank. As you know, they're difficult to get and expensive. But they're easy to kept, but they required abit better water qualities. I've been feeding them with freshwater shrimp, including marine fish once a week. They also get to shade out their skin every month. Overall, they're exotic and remain my favorite!
