Lighting Recommendation

Hi Guys,

Need some advise on the lighting that I intend to get for my FOWLR 3ft tank. Will be having fish only initiately but intend to keep some soft coral eventually (maybe 6months later?).

I I get the below lightings, will it be sufficient?

ATI Twin-Fix Retrofit - 2 x 39 watts / 3 feet

According to our sponsor webbie, the "Default Packaging with 1xATI Sun Pro and 1xATI Blue Plus".
