Looking For Eye Witnesses

Anyone happen to be at lucky plaza 's Macdonald at the time stated

- 4th mar 2006 ,

- around 6.30pm-7.00pm .

If you are there and witness what happened in the Mac please let me know .. my friend needs help ...

the very much detail i am not too sure , but according to my friend, she was just entering into the mac resturant , while she sits her son , and try to position the pramp. the table top topple and hit hard on her son .

A 3 years old boy was so badly hurt with instant swollen on the forehead and near the eye...

The mac staffs quicky came by and clear the mess " the toppled " table top.

So been worried , my friend quickly rush her son to the doctor .. and after things was stablised .. she wrote a call/wrote letter to the management of mac .. but to the surprise , they denied that the injury was caused by the spoilt table.. and put the blame on carelessness of a mum ...

how can a 3 year old boy sitting on the chair caused the table to topple . The table top must be faulty , not screwed properly right ? The manager keeps avoid the topic of the table ...

So now my friend is looking for someone who might have witness the incident mayb not the whole incident but , to witness that the table top was faulty as it drop on the floor after hiting the boy ... leaving just the metal stand ..

Sad to hear that...

But I see potential lawsuit. Your friend can post in the newspaper forum and complain to MOM on their safety issue. Blow up the case and let the media do the talking. If it is true. then if your friend win the case. We are talking about $$$$ here.

Luckily your friend's son is ok but may affect the child development in future. Compensation includes future medical fee too. Just my 2 cents.

Go straight to the Macdonald Singapore HQ and cc. to the main US company...i believe they will take it seriously
