Good RO/DI Unit

Hi Guys, can recommend any good RO/DI unit which works well and good value for money for my upcoming 6ft reef tank pls?

I'm using a DI tube from ML. It's $75 but I don't think he sells this type anymore.

ML now carries a higher capacity one. Best you check with ML for details.

I like Spectrapure for RO/DI units. That's what I use but not for the tank.

Just a thought.... Wondering by the time we switch completely to Newater... would it be so that we wouldn't need RO units... since Newater is RO technology...

The Kent Maxxima 60 His RO/DI is just great and I recommend this particular model with high silicate removal. Edmund can order it for you.

I think Newater will still need to be RO/DIed before we use it for the tank. I believe PUB will add minerals and other stuff after the water has been ROed at the water plant since the water after RO will be too pure for human consumption?

Actually if im not wrong,Newater is now pumped into resevoirs first before coming to our tap.So theres a certain degree of minerals and tds in them.

is hell of X. Consilidate order of 4 or 5, maybe

can get ard +- S$750, not sure now.

The Kent RO/DI is about $540.00 inclusive of shipping which is a decent price. I just got mine and it's living up to it's name "Maxxima" The refills can be obtained and ordered in advance before it gets exhausted.

Obviously the more the merrier and it would bring the overall cost down significantly.
