i don't think any company will let a fresh grad to help streamline or re-engineer their business proccess....most likely you will need to be part of a consulting team (probably an assistant, although some like to call thiers 'staff consultant').....

no pre training or course can prepare you....most likely will require experenice working in a consultant firms or same large enterprise (preferbly in the business reenginnering dept.).....boils down to job selection and luck.....

Maybe you can consider joining an audit company such as the big 4. As you move around different companies doing your audit, you can see how business processes are structured and how things get done in HR, finance, operations, legal, IT departments, etc. This helps you to get a good overview of things. But to specialize in a particular area, you will need to do hands on. Consultant in Singapore is an overrated term. In overseas, all the consultants are packed with >10 years of experience.. : D

All the best!
