New Tank

I ve just started a 3 ft tank with sand of 3 inc and full the tank . I left it for 24 hr for the cholrine to no more. Then i added Instant Ocean salt 2 packets wit 1.022 readings also together with it i on my weipro skimmer 2012 in my sump tank.

I m not so sure weather can i add live rock now or must i wait???

you can add your LRs now and start your water cycle

Add the live rocks now....it'll kick start your cycle. Think of what kind of scaping you want and go get the LRs....preferbly in 1 go. Adding new LRs ater your tank has cycled is not advisable, it'll create a mini ANN cycle again. Do you have a sump? Maybe you can list out all the equipment you have...

Check out Pasar Malam section, I think some bros are selling their Life Rocks (LR). If transportation is not a problem, buy from fellow bros la, help them get rid of the rocks at a much discounted price. And those rocks are usually matured cured rocks, so spare you from a lot of smell and unwanted hitch-hikers... do consider that. I can assure you a 3" tank full of uncured rocks is kinda like hell for at least 4 to 5 days! lol

Haha, its pretty bearable actually...if you run carbon and have an efficient skimmer. The smell is just barely noticeable, what i do not like is all the die off/debris that fall onto my sandbed from uncured rocks...

Sump tanks with bio balls and ceramic rings.

i would advice u to get rid of the bioball and ceremic ring .

replace with biohome, aquaclay or even cheato or macroalgae
