SHOCKING!!! My testpen is way off the mark.

Salifert pH test = 8.0

Testpen (no brand) = 8.7

Ok, so my water is a little low on pH all these while... damnit!

I will still bring the testpen to the LFS to fix the problem.

Think you should get them to calibrate it for you. The test pen doesnt come with calibrating fluid?

No they ran out of it... ok I will bring it back to Reborn.

Oh okayz...meanwhile....maybe you can use your test kit, get a measurement and calibrate your test pen according to that reading. Not very pro....but then at least it'll be more "accurate" than it is now. :)

personally i did encounter this problems...with digital test kit...show me 8.2 and using ###### brand testkit show 8.8....

Ask me which one to trust???!!

lastly, buay than liao.....buy salifert testkit.....which show me 8.2, which is same as my digital kit.

bear in mind, everything u uses ur digital testkit, better to caliberate with the solutions. it will do u good.
