i just bought this yesterday .... tried feeding my corals with it ( softies and also i got cocoworms feather dusters ) it seems very saturated ... the bottle says i capful for 200 lilters ... but i use 1 dropper full already can see a lot of particles in my water ? anyhows ... anyone use this ? is it good ? or bad ?

how you use it is, you add it to a small shot glass of tank water, stir it till its all dissolved, then add it into the tank. this way you wont see huge drops, cos its quite hard to dissolve... thats how i do it at least... ;)

Use proper phytoplankton. I've stopped using Liquifry for many many years since phytoplankton became available. Corals and other inverts don't really eat egg yolk in their natural habitat do they? :lol:

huh !? got egg yolk in it ? ... sian ... mebbe when it finishes ... i will switch to pytho... when u say phytoplankton ... is it the one i can buy in bottles ? green water ? some chinese LFS ppl will call it "sugarcane water" going at $6 - 10 a bottle ? or the powder form ?

the boss at reef en nature told me i should feed zooplankton instead leh ... which is true ?

Yep those. More value for $ are the frozen type (concentrated pastes stored in freezer) as they can last longer compared to the live ones (normally stored in fridge). However if you overdose it will affect your water quality. Even powder form will pollute your water if you feed too much. Corals and anemones take zooplankton (meat based), filter-feeders like worms, clams, tunicates etc mostly take phytoplankton (plant based).

Always something more important than fish.
