HDB resales

Hi can anyone advice me on cancelling or backout the intention of purchasing a resales flat after 1st appointment . What consequences and legal action to bear?

your seller will come after you ,,, you dun have an agent to act for you?

HDB sales and purchase agreement are bound by the rules of goverment

If you back out the first appoinmet , wat is going to happen to the seller

if he have purchase another flat

you cannot how any back up as when you like

i am the seller, this morning during 1st appt with the buyer, he nearly backout, and manage to sign the paper. I am afraid that from now till completion, he write it to with draw. I want to know what will happen to me and what can i do, and what is the consequences he will bare. thanks

But I think after 1st apptmnt and he had already sign the papers ther shouldn't be any complication. I'll check with my cousin's husband in property tomorrow.
