Will they attack other fishes/ shrimp if they r hungry? I'm pretty new to this hobby and I like lion fish a lot. But dun hv confidence in getting one.

Reef safe probably means that lions do not disturb corals. They are definitely a potential threat to shrimps and fishes that are smaller, or even of similar size, than them. Unless your livestocks are more than 3", you can forget about having this lion in your tank.
