Please help ID this algae

I got these from Changi beach. Threw them into my sump. And now they are growing, sufficient to cover the base of my sump's sandbed.

Question is are they dangerous? I know that so Caulerpa when they overgrow and they burst they will release toxins back in to the water. So I wonder if these are safe??

If they are safe then we can go to Changi beach and get so of these to put into our sump.

I know that these grow very fast. And occassionally you would have to trim these and throw they away.

Do fishes such as tang eats them?? what about algae benny?

Any comments please.

These are in my office pico tank.
