Custom build circuit junction box to house all the wries, switches for pumps are all centrally located. Top notch workmanship, using hagen products. Even the timers are integrated!

Custom made boxes to house:

1. 1 x temperature controller . It acts as a safety override to shut down MH if it detects the temp going above the safe range.

2. 2 x pH controller. One with probe in the main display tank. One with probe in sump tank. Only one is controlling the CO2 slenoid for Calcium reactor.

The other box is a custom build electronic water top off control box. I t has a cool led lit water level indicator which tells you how much water is left in the water reservoir. Way cool right? It has 3 switches. Master on, master override, and pump off/on.

Now the sump, firstly a big picture for the sump. Sorry for the distortion, had to use a wide angle lens to capture the whole sump. Basically it has 2 x aquamedic turbofloater 1000, Denitrator 1000, Calcium Reactor 1000, water top off reservoir, kalk reactor and a refugium.

The returns are handled by 2 x laguna 4800l/hr pumps. Also shown in the pic is two float switches for the water top-off. The one on top is the safety cut-off.

This pic shows the kalk reactor powered by a maxijet. Also in the pic is the water reservior. Hidden from view is the aquamedic Calcium Reactor 1000 and the Aquamedic denitrator 1000.

The tank has been specially designed with acrylic plate siliconed to the bottom of the cabinet to make it water proof.

Teco chiller RA680. piped to the window for better heat exchange. Modified with a high powered fan motor, with the air flow switched to suck hot air out instead of the original suck cool air in.
