yes. they will outgrow their current shells.

try pick the slightly bigger size for them, also new shell better.

chk out at the LFS, they sometime will have bunch of empty shells, not much value to them. either buy or ask, or as gift for other purchases.

i had experiences with hermit. If they are given a bigger empty shell, they will grow bigger.If they remain at the shell (small) den they will remain small. Usually they will reside on the turbo snail's shells if they snail is dead. Hope this helps.

Thats true....if the have outgrown their shells and cant find suitable ones, they might attack the turbo snails for the shell. Heard they'll die if they outgrow their shells and cant find any replacement. Is that true?

well if you have snails, you could just wait for it to kill them off and take over the shell ..

thats what happened to me last time . I even had few empty shells but it just liked tha snail's one ..

maybe just like humans.. There are lots of empty flats at certain areas but we choose ones that are resale.

i think shells lah.... low tide ard 5 pm these few days... gd chance to go get some frm beach lah... in fact gd chance to get hermits as well if hes looking for them.
