Exporting Marine stuff....

Hi folks,

My friend here is migrating to America end this year.....he wans to export his corals, LR and his marine stuff there....can anyone advise?

If he getting freight forwarder to do it, they can advise everything.

What exactly you need to know? Do not think there will be much export restrictions, more restrictions on import side, meaning USA side.

But why bother to export? There got much better stuff.

not sure wats up in his mind....he's worried abt the packing of corals and transporting it safely...

Its going to cost a bomb.... Freight is very very expensive...erm... I am now studying integrated logistics management.... and once we had a field trip to airport logistics park... Seen first hand that they were trained to handle live animals... tip given by them was to pack as minimal water as possible and alot of oxygen...bottomline if u worry about your corals/fish being mistreated is very slim.....hope this eases your fear abit,...
