Thanks bro for the advise. I know its better for them on the sand bed...but my sand bed is too full to make enough room for this fella, so no choice but to perch him on top.

I've got 2 tanks...

a 3.5ft at home and a 5ft in the office. Never got round to take pic of full tanks, cos i'm never satisfied of how it looks. I do take a lot of individual photos of my corals though....

Most of my special corals are from LFS that I knew for years liao. They know I keep only soft and LPS, and don't mind paying for something really nice. So they would usually call me if they find something for me.

Erm, pardon me for saying....but your gonio looks more brown than pink? Anyway, i left my gonios on the rockscape too and it gets more flow there which in turns simulate it to extend. It stayed closed on my sandbed...no choice but to shift it higher...

hmmm...... ya....I think it does look kinda brown in the photo.
