Any signs when any of the additives is overdosed

Just wonder, whether there will be any significant sign to warn if there is any overdose of the additive without the use of test kits.

At the moment, I added trace element, strongium, iodide on a weekly basic and use kalkwasser solution to replenish evaporated water. Thinking of getting magnesim additive and will add on weekly basic also.

Any additive should add on? Please advise.
