Resun CL-280 got problem( i think)

dear all bros,

i am using Resun CL-280 chiller for my 2.5ft tank almost 2 years,i am wonder for last half year after i setup my etss800 with MD55 pump,my tank temparature will raise up to 30c at noon when my 150w MH is switch on.........

izzit i need to refill the gas to my chiller or my chiller cant stand for it?

p/s my tank is just around 300L

yr chiller is still ok

u need to u a cl650 bcause u r using a big pump

i got the same prom also

300l with small pump with 150w is ok

but with 2 90w pump i need to change to 1/4hp

100l = 1/10hp or less

200l = 2/10hp or less

250l = 1/4hp or less

300l = 1/3hp or less

500l = 1/2hp or less

750l = 2/3hp 0r less

1000l = 1hp or less

1500l = 1 1/2hp or less

2000l = 2 hp or less

this can install any pump n light up to 400w

resun CL280 is 1/10hp....n u are using a MD55 and plus a metal halide....

i dun tink is the gas prob....the chiller may be undersize..
