water circulation for nano

Hey guys...

i have a 2 feet nano and i was wondering what to use for circulation....

I already have a 300l/hr powerhead running and there is a return from my sump (not very strong).

I was just wondering whether i should use the self rotating power heads???are they good??

and i am not sure what flow rate would be useful. was considering the seio620 but i think 2400l/hr is too strong. can the flow rate be adjusted???

and my other options was the eheim compact pump which is available at the 300 or 500l/hr. is the flowrate too low?

please help me decide guys....

you can try the eden rotating powerheads

but need to clean regularly of else the head will stop rotating due to algae/dirt trapped in the mechanism

as elimmel said..they need constant cleaning....if not then they will stop rotating
