Harmful Chemicals

hI guys, my tank has been left for sometime already..the water has all been drained and onlt the sand and rocks are left inside....

i feel like restarting the tank but i`m worried abt certain chemicals which might haf gotten or splashed in...

The tank is left beside the washing machine and every now and then, my parents will bring out the hose to drain the water..so i scared that in the process, some soap or detergent might splash into the tank....

Another problem is mopping the floor....i`m also worried that some floor detergent might splash into the tank....

I not talking abt big amounts....jus reffering to one or 2 drops.....

So issit ok to jus start on my tank?

how can i check to see if my tank will be safe to hold livestock?
