Starting a nano tank

glad to hear your mind is made up....all the best...at the end of it all i think a good water change regime is still very beneficial....for small tanks it can reduce the amount of thing u need to do.

Some people run nanos skimmerless and filterless...all they rely on is waterchange mainly...having something like a skimmer however is definitely a good cushion incase something goes wrong.

cheerz and all the best!

Here's an update on wads been going on.

1. Been sourcing arnd for tank makers n quotations n the deals goes to Maxstar's recommandation. Really friendly guy n great price!

:thanks: Maxstar!

2. Will b getting Macro KS-100P from Bio-ocean n mayb a resun chiller if my budget allows.

3. Looking around for lights for the tank. Preferably a T5 (if there's one for 1.5ft), as MH is way off my budget. Eh .. any recommandations?

4. Would like to DIY a moon light set, mayb a set of 4, 2 in front, 2 behind to give an even amt of moonlight throughout the tank.

Eh .. abt the reactors, i m still in a blur of the use of them. Heard of calcium reactors, etc. , but dunnno wad they r used for. can someone explain the use of these things n mayb a reccommandation for one that can fit my tank if neccessary.

:thanks:
