SRC Member Panzz Posted January 17, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted January 17, 2006 seems that most new suctions or plastic type things will form this when placed in a marine aquarium and think it is not harmful as well as long as you make sure that it is cleared fast and not stuck to any of your fishes or corals. FuEl
Probably just bacterial film. Rather harmless unless you are rearing larvae. Quote Always something more important than fish. http://reefbuilders.com/2012/03/08/sps-pico-reef/

SRC Member Panzz Posted January 18, 2006 SRC Member Share Posted January 18, 2006 larvae usually refers to planktonic live forms and it includes baby fishes and things like that.
