What will LRs come with ?

I think feather dust is a common thing living on live rocks .. but do LR at times have mushrooms on them ? Or some very corals on them ? There is alot of things on my LR .. but i jus dunno what is it .. i only can identify a brittle star. Thats all! there are some tiny insects swimming around, some sticking on the glass. Is there anyway can improve my knowledge on LR ? or watever it has on it ?

Hrmz, mine came with various sorts of algae, a few zoo polyps, lots of worms, small clams and crabs. Well, you'll never be sure of what you'll get when u buy LRs. I bought mine uncured. Ermz, one thing to note, adding of LRs after ur system stabilises is not advisable. To me, the most important thing that a LR must have is lots n lots of coralline algae...

coralline algae are those green ones? so u mean . u have to add LR , let your tank cycle .. then .. afther that .. when your tank got fishes everything and you stop adding LRs? is it because it will affect the water conditions and add more risk in crashing ?

Ermz yupz, its advisble to add LRs all at a shot. Adding new LRs, whether cured or uncured will most of the time cause a mini cycle, destabilising ur tank parameters. Coralline algae are those purple/red ones, i think.
