Bro stix,

I read up somewhere before, that on the spectrum of fishes that are susceptible to ICH infestation, the Sharks & Rays will never get ICH; the Eels are the least susceptible to ICH, while the Regal / Hippo Tangs are on the next end of the spectrum --- they are MOST SUSCEPTIBLE to ICH. (any other fishes just fall in the middle of the continuum.)

Also, fishes rubbing / brushing against live rocks, sandbed is signs/symptoms of ICH infestation.

Threatment-wise, read up on the Disease / parasites thread.

it is recommeded to use.. and it really works..but you cannot ON it for too long as it will elminate both gd and bad bacteria from ur tank!!

Last time, my tank had an ich outbreak an i used the Uv light, the ich was eliminate within 2 days.. real gd you know!!

emm,u cant kill ich wif UV light okay...

UV destroys the bacteria tt causes ich.. ;)
