Water Murky After Anemone Got Stuck

My anemone got stuck under a rock last night. :( Only notice this morning. Remove it but didn't die. however water turn very murky. tested ammonia, nitrite 0. pH 8.2 alkalinity 4.5. It is it normal? Anemone doing well again at new position. 2 clarks clowns are hosting it.

This happened to me too. However, my anemone didn't survive.

I think what you can do now is just to change 50% water.
