SPS in NANO

I have a 2 feet(15 gal).Been keeping Soft coral & LSP for five years lighting is a MH.Can i keep a SPS need Advices

Try a Montipora digitata or M. capriconis. These are the easier sps to start off with. I have a few frags currently let me know if you want to try them out.

i certainly dont see why not too! ive an overgrown sps nano now, with a nano display, but not so small 4x1x1 sump. if youve experienced good growth for your LPS and other calcerite skeleton corals, then give it a shot ya. i could give you a frag of the luminous green humilis to start off if youre keen, to see if they do well in your tank.just pm or what ya.

For nano SPS reef, I've seen people use T5s to a single 250w MH

in my 24g nanocube, i'm having a total of 144w PL lights.

2 x 36w 12k (dymax)

1 x 36w 10k (coralife)

1 x 36w arctinic 03 (coralife)

as well as almost 500gph flowrate.

have a couple of monti digi and a encrusting monti in it.

digis growing pretty fast since it was added 2 mths ago (double in size from 2 inch) and monti cap just added a couple of weeks ago.

possible to try other sps?

oh yah, have an external canister hooked up as a fuge along with a piccolo airdriven skimmer.

i must say Dan's tank was a real inspiration
