Hi guys, anyone intending to attend this year's IMAC?

It will be in Chicago on April 28-30

I'm thinking of going but just want to see whether any other sg reefers are going as well

Roughly the cost is Sin to New York Return is SGD2347 with tax.

Then you can try to connect to Continental at about USD118 w/o tax.

This are all internet prices. What I See Is What You Get. There may be cheaper options. But this is my rough guide.

US hotel rates is average USD100 a night? Maybe some other expert can guide me on this.

You can also try United Airlines. It goes through via Hong Kong.

The hotel rate specially for IMAC is US$109 per night which includes double queen size beds

The fee for the conference is US$125 if you register by this month or else it will be US$149

What you'll get are:

Conference program book

Name badge

Admission to all exhibits and events, such as the Saturday night reception, the Gala Banquet, a Fantastic Line Up of Speakers, the Huge IMAC Raffle, and a Great Trade Show

I'm not quite sure about the flight prices though

If I can squeeze some time, I will try to go as I can arrange a flight there(company pay for everything ). Of course must have company also lah, else go there alone also sianz. I will also try for the InterZoo in Germany from 11 May to 14 May 06 at Nuernberg.

For 94 singapore dollars cheaper, i rather have one transit stop.

northwest is just 94 bucks cheaper than the SQ/CO combination.

I agree with Muar Chee, transit + change flight too much hassle but of course if you are counting every cents then some still make some sense to save that few bucks.

But for frequent flyers, you feel so super sian to do transit.

Fly from Frankfurt to Nuernberg lah...not so siong to time train connections etc. After you walk the 7 halls for 5 days you will appreciate not lugging luggage around trains Too bad no $$ to join you guys
