wat flowrate pump to be used with CL280 chiller?

Hi all,

Anyone can advise what flowrate pump should I use for Resun CL280 chiller?

Currently running my return pump thru the CL280 then back to tank, the chiller slows down the flow rate so much. Think I gotta get a separate pump for my chiller.

Any advise on what pump should I use?

Also, issit advisable for the return from the chiller to return back to the sump instead of the tank? This is becos my tank only have 1 hole drilled for return piping, no space for the return of the chiller piping oredi.

Pls advice..... just started a new tank only so many problems liao.....

i use a maxijet 1200....and also later use my Rena Xp1 cannister i think 1500 litre.....

if your return is back to the sump, there might be a gap between the main tank temperature and the sump temp....but if the turnover between the sump and tank is high enough, i guess it should be ok....
