any1 knws what kinda disease attack e mushroom from e centre of its mouth

its like rot from e centre of its mouth then rapidly start affect e whole rock n other rocks ard it..

i start fragging e whole rock up hopefully can save sum...

does flatworms attack mushies???

hard corals also can hav flat worm...

they move quite slowly

i think they suck e zooseplex out of ur coral..

shld hav a slug or sumthing tht eats them..

got to check on e net or with experts..

Yes SPS have flatworms too

In fact, AT's tank almost crashed because of flatworms (sorry to bring this up bro)

I heard wrasses are good at eating them

it is often bad to bring another predator into the tank

try a iodine dip for your corals then, most likely will kill those flatworms cos iodine will be too strong for them to take it.

but when u put back to tank

e flatworms in e tank attack it againz,further more ur mushies just survive a iodine dip more vulnerable... issnt tht ermz... beri ironic to do ???

u might want to exp with Reef Plus Coral conditioner.

I tired deeping my zoos once and it seems to stop the zoos

decompose disease ... but i only tried once, so cannot confirm

anything ... juz a suggestion that u might want to try ...

haha of cos not lugos solution, really too ex already. there is a coral disinfectant by SeaChem called Coral Dip that may help.

I have used before, cos that time my goni got some flatworms or something so irritating, stoping it from expanding, them got the coral dip and dip it according to the instructions and somehow it drived those worms away which was great.

sometimes is like that one the corals you want most kanna the things you don't want.

so try your best to make sure they pull through and the rest will be up to your mushroom to work on it ( like recovering from the attack or something like this )

hope that your mushroom will recover and anyway how is it doing already?

in e end i try garlic....solution..

just pour in n sum shoot at e rock...

then e rotting of mush seens to stop...

still monitering.. so far...
