Help on turtle weed

Hi all,

I bought some turtle weed and 2 days later, 3/4 of the green has turned to white. Can anyone tell me what's happening?

Does turtle weed help to reduce nitrates??

I place my turtle weed in a high flow area and its surviving for more than a month already, new weed had also grown out from e rock... maybe its due to the high nitrate level in my tank, tats y its so healthy

try placing e turtleweed in a high flow area with moderate to strong lighting

bro maxstar... thk gdness my yt still alive and kicking... surprisingly hardy chap... in fact when i came back frm japan on monday...found my 4 anthias, couple of fairy wrasses all gonzo as fans timer spoilt (shit) so temp must hv went skyhi.... the yt is still happily swimming ard eating & fat haha... toxin frm turtle weed n hi temp cant kill him haha must hv learnt some shaolin martial arts

Hiaz, my weed left 1/4 green, the others white, shifted it to my liferock curing centre outdoors for a more natural environment. Hope it recovers.
