What are the signs that an anemone is dying?

Is it shrinking very small? refusing to open up? Or the bulbs becoming white?

When the bulbs turn white, it means that the anemone is bleaching due to lack of enough light and that slowly will lead to the anemone death........ Signs of dead anemone are shrinking or like rotten meat decomposing and your water will stink
