Dwarf Lion & Trigger???

Hi folks,

After tearing down my 3ft marine tank 2years ago, I've not been in marine ever since.... but recently after settling down with my planted tank, my heart n hands kinda itchy again to go back to marine again....

I have a spare tank 16"x10"x12" (8G, 30L) wondering if i could simply just keep lets say a dwarf lion and a trigger only? with numerous small pieces of live rocks, sand and maybe a small pump or internal filter for circulation??

Need the advice of experts here.....

You will clock high nitrate level in no time. Lions and triggers are pretty agressive eaters, and they poo a lot.
