u might want to add more LR to support ur rock formation..... With more rocks, u can add more corals on it and ur tank sure have lots of space to play with U might want to post pics of ur sump

bro, uhm... your starfish is not a reef safe invert...looks like chocolate chip starfish... it will start eating soft corals if it grows bigger or run outta of food.

U better check b4 stocking anymore... otherwise, u may start losing some of your stocks.....

Also, the guys are right on LR, u need more. Need to increase your LR for bacteria growth.

IMO, i think starfish are not reef safe. I have one choc and one red...seen them roving over my corals. so bro, take note.

some stars are good...got one recently and it helps to clear my sand bed which is full of dirt and waste....cost me $5 at reborn....

u need to make sure that ur LRs are stable cos looking at ur tank...certain pc seems like "touching" or resting on one another...not very secure lei....will drop and damage ur live stocks...unless u bond them together which will also give u problem e next time u re-scape... 2cents worth...

Bros, need some advice....

my overflow consist of 3 compartments

1st and 2nd contains filter wool and the 3rd is bio balls.

i intend to remove the bio balls cause NO3 is always hovering

between 10 -15 . need advice on what to replace the bio balls with??

or just leave the 3rd compartment empty....
