I will be restarting my inbuilt tank and am seeking opinion on what to keep. Appreciate ideas...

No ideas?

What about converting it entirely into a refugium with small gobies and crustaceans, and weekly cross water between tanks (from my 4 ft tank).

Originally intend to transfer my Blueface over so that i can keep corals in my 4 ft.

Sounds like a great idea since gobies and shrimps have relatively low bioload. Just make sure you have no hitch-hikers in your liverock which may pose a danger in future. ;)

Always something more important than fish.

Thanks fuel...between what would you think would be a nice combo for gobies, macro algae and shrimps?

Perhaps the type of gobies (they are generally short-lived) the nice (rare?) long-live kind...

IMO: the size is good for some small marine intervebrate and small fishes, and maybe few med-size fishs.

Shrimps, sea-cuke, goby, wrasse, clownfish, chromis, dottyback, etc...

How about a sea-plant tank? There are some devotees in RC, but dunno SG got such nice stocks for the plants.
