Simple Kalk Reactor

Anyone owns the tunze calcium dispenser?

It's basically a ~3in dia tube with a PVC cap. It has one inlet at the bottom and a outlet at the top. No pump. You dump kalk in and hook it up to the auto top up.

When the top up is activated, the water pushing into the push will mix the kalk hence it has no moving parts.

Is this good enogh compare to a motorised mixer? This would be much more simple to DIY than other design.

Seems to me its a good idea. How long should the PVC pipe be?

i don't think the water pushing in will mix the kalk enough leh...
