Canopy

Anyone can offer his/her DIYing skills to help me build a black acrylic canopy? Need 2 big holes drilled on top for fans...and something to hold the 8 waterproof end caps I am using...

hey bro, heard from one of our fellow reefers out here that a shop in serangoon north ave 1 (not an lfs) customizes canopies(acrylic finish)... not really sure of the size and exact place and full detail, but he told me the guy was charging him $36... maybe u wanna try n check it out.....

I assume that you want to construct a canopy for your 4 T5s...how many fans are you thinking of installing?

I wonder if it is possible to squeeze 6 T5s and 2 x 80mm fans into a 36" x 18" canopy. Any ideas? I think 120 mm fans are just too big.

I'm also interested in contructing one....so it could possibly be cheaper if we made it together. Interested?

u mean using the T5 mounting clips to secure the tubes as opposed to making provisions for the endcaps?
