Corals Not Fully Opened

I am using PL lights, no chiller just fan. Temperature ~28-29.

Ammonia = 0

NO2 = 0

NO3 = 7

Mg = 1350

Ca = 450

Salinity = 1.025

PH = 8.2

Usually when i am at the LFS before buying the coral, it opens big (not very big though, i know it can go beyond that). When i bring back and put it in my own tank after a few hours it open (just like what i saw in the LFS). 2 weeks later, it starts to strink and it's ard 1/2 the size of what i saw in LFS. It's not dead, it just maintain like that for months. What's wrong?

Is it the lighting or the temperature? What's the most likely cause?

Tank is 4ft, ~200l of water. Those corals that are giving probs are mostly LPS (Octo, Frogspawn, Anchor and Gionipora). But i am not having problems with mushrooms, Bubble and Clams.

Did u try feeeding them?

1 v. likely reason cld b nt enuff lighting... u nv mention wat's the total light wattage of ur tank... try placin' ur corals higher... ie, nearer to ur PL...

the other reason cld b no food... try feedin' 'em...

let them have time to adjust to your tanks clean environment lah..

It has a total of 220W with 4x55W PL. Yes....i do feed them with DT Live everyday, once in the morning and once in the night. Most of the LPS are place near the top or mid-water. Except the bubble which is near the bed, in fact it's opening the biggest of all.
