Tunze Wavebox

Hi. I am currently having a 36x24x30 tank. I have a 6100 and 2 SEIOs but am thinking of switching the SEIOs for the Tunze wavebox. But heard that it will only produce a 1/2 inch wave due to the 3footer only. Anybody tried putting the wavebox on their 3 footer tank yet? Would love to hear from anyone who has such experience and whether it is worth it...

good for LPS, but for SPS, you probably need to supplment with tunzes or strong return pumps..on my 4.5 footer, the wave is >5cm...so better make sure it has enough clearance.....

Thanks Tineng. I do have a Tunze 6100 with a single controller already. Was thinking of another Tunze 6100 or getting the wavebox. I asked around and was told the wave for a 3 foot tank would only be 0.5inch. So was wondering if any bros here with a 3 footer got a wavebox.

Clearance also an issue as tank got only about an inch of clearance. Will try to lower the waterline before deciding.
