I want to measure strontium and iodide levels but i can not find any test kits for sale. Test kits are available overseas but it seems like in singapore no one cares.

Anyone can recommend some good strontium and iodide test kits and where to get them?

Thanks.

Just a point for you to note, test kits for these elements are still very inaccurate and I would consider them redundant.

For these 2 elements, there are natural signs that indicate an overdose so you might as well save up the cash.

The iodine we dose is rapidly taken away from skimming so the levels do fluctuate a lot

Basically, an overdose of iodine causes a rapid increse in ORP levels and you'll see brown algae starting to grow.

As for strontium, there's not much of a sign other than good coralline growth

thanks BH...am getting the hang of it. Coralline is really good in our tank, and no brown algae at all. Am still wondering if there is enough iodide though.
