Fishes change

Bros and Sis;

I had enuf of these Clown fishes and demsel. I'm going to remove all LR/coral and do a major fish replacement.

Add my 2 clowns in QT to main tank and every fishes participate in fighting except my algae blenny.

One clown already go hospital... (my QT) with swollen eyes. Thats my original clown in the main tank. Spend whole day catching him.

The others are still fighting, eveyone injured but kicking except 4 stripe and yellow tail.

Mine is a 30G, I need to study what fishes can live in harmony in this small tank.

Thinking of this combination:

1. Algae Blenny x 1 (current one)

2. Blue Tang (small ones) x 2

3. Bicolor Pseudochromis x 1

4. Yellow Watchman Goby x 1

5. True Percula x 2

I kept before Bicolor, nvr have any fighting with any fishes unless disturbed.

You have problems with bicolor before? What kinda of problem??

Kept a strawberry with 2 small blue tangs & a scooter before. Didn't really bully the tangs or clowns as they were constantly swimming around but the bugger targets the scooter, even though the scooter is far from it's territory. Practically chased it all over the tank. Gave it back to the shop...

I agree with the fellow reefers. Bicolour dottybacks are aggressive little buggas. Even in my 4footer, the bicolour always harass my Fire gobies, even though the gobies stay far away from the bicolour's territory.

They seem to harass fishes smaller than them or the same size as them, and stream-lined fishes (i.e. same shape as them).

Get a bicolour blenny.....they are really funny things.....huge personalities for a little fish. Totally reef safe too
