sand shifting starfish

hi i like to ask you guys if the sand shifting starfish safe in a deep sand bed system cause sand goby crash my system a year ago when then even tobble my lr so asking if this starfish will do the same thing cause thought need one of this to shift my sand for me which is a fish only tank cheers ya

I have 1 of those starfish that you mentioned.. so far it has not caused any problem. It does not seem to move very deep into the sand bed.
