How to know tat Ich had died in display tank?

I had done hyposalinity on my sick fish in a quarantine tank and my display tank is left fishless (except 1 skunk and 1 anemone) for 30 days. But I can still see some tiny white stuff swimming in the display tank? Are these ich? Thot that they would be dead by this time? How do I know that they are completely wipe out? Please kindly advise. Thanks a lot.

30days still insufficient, you need 8 weeks = 8 * 7 = 56days.

I supposed the skunk is clownfish? In this case your main tank is not fishless and you will not break the life cycle of the parasite.

Those white "insects" are most probably pods.

The skunk is actually doctor shrimps. I read from some website saying to leave the display tank fishless for 30 days? But does will the ich grow and feed on those liquid food for invertebrates when I feed my anemone with that?

oh cleaner shrimps? Then it is fine to leave it in.

No problem with the liquid food, ich won't feast on that.

Just make sure you quarrantine any fishes going into that tank after you finish your 56days fishless program.. or else you'll be back to square one..
