There are few good deals in the pasar malam section if you don't mind a used tank.

At Clementi B/328. "Clementi florist.... The shop with a lot of fish accessories. They sell 3FT with IOS-$128. With bioballs and same coral chips and a return pump about $168. Got display set right infront of the shop. Transport fees bout $20 But order already must wait a few days. Hope this will help...
