Yes, there is light as I need light to grow my chaeto. So far all has managed to stick to the small rock. Gonna let it settle down for a few more wks before placing it to my DT.

Demonsori, whats your secret to making your mushrooms multiply fast? I dose iodide daily but it still seems to be the same.

My mushrooms also don't seem to be expanding in size as well.

i really am not sure...only the blue spotted ones multiply quickly while the painted and striped one rather slow...iodide alternate days, few drops phyto, occasional trace elements.... the shrooms are placed in indirect current from hydor nano so they sway slightly...they then stretch their base across the rock, and any part that breaks off the main shroom develops into baby shrooms in a week....

or it might be that i let frozen mysis dissolve in the tank when i feed so the juices are all released into the tank...more nutrition ?? but this has led to occasional hair algae though....dun recommend it...

May I know your water parameters? Whats your PH?

I've been trying to get my mushrooms to expand. But only managed to get the fragged ones to recover quickly. Otherwise no other changes at all.

try to place them alone.. but if a colony quite difficult..

there shld b anything blking it when it is expanding..

like wise when it expand there shld b someting to support its poylp,but i dun tink very rocky conditions can support well...

thts hw i grew my yellow ric so big...
