Mine is ard 1/10Hp to 1/8 Hp good for 2 feet can cool till ard 26- 27 degree haiz last time the guy say can use for 3 feet

CL650 only 1/4HP..very popular for many.

Dispar - U can check with R*****w on their CL-650, whether they can get you cheap since you know them.

BTW, they have a CL-650 supporting their 3 feet tank now, they may want to upgrade their chiller too, since they are setting up the 6 feet tank.
