Commonly found on LRs. Last week while frag a rock of zoos by cutting the rock into half, found quite a no of it inside the rock...

yup it is all right , if you buy new rocks dip it into real high sg water and they come out normally

They breed fast also! The reason why many reefers don't like them is because they look nasty and if you got caught up with their bristle it is really iritating.

I'd still prefer to nuke them... this bugger can extend to almost 3 times in length from what you see here. I cannot stand it.

IMO:

If you have doubt, can remove the big one. but keep those small one.

Worms only get more aggresive when bigger, their appetite definitely need some sizing-up to match their bigger stomach.

In tank, small worms hardly will grow large, not like in nature, unless you feeding-frenzy.
