Pumping Xenia

I've heard xenias becoming a pest in people's tanks. But I'm not sure why I've never had luck with these guys.....this is my 5th try after a long wait. It doesn't look that good...tentacles not extended and look very flaccid.

what's the secret to keeping xenias?

Water parameters suitable for sps. 2 most important parameters are high n stable pH and kH. Temperature should be maintained below 28 degrees celcius if possible. My entire frag collection crashed when the temperature rose above 28 degrees just for 1-2 days.

Mine's always at 25. my LPS is doing ok...surely these xenias aren't as fussy as LPS.
