Eheim Canister

Hi all,

Can I check the difference between the two type of Eheim filter? Wondering which one i should use for my 48"x18"x18" tank.

donno about professional, but used ecco before and the special thing about it is it has a priming handle to help you start the siphon of your inflow from tank to your pump. but having used it, I think its not neccessary, cuz you only need to do it the very first time and subsequently you'd never loose the siphon cuz got valve to close off the inflow tube when cleaning the pump.

Used to have an Ecco. Had a lot of problems with the handle and it soon gave way ...

Dont recommend ecco. The handle (priming device is too flimsy) . I broke the blooming thing & had to buy another cannister. Think the professional series is better.
