Lighting for refugium

Hi all. I'm thinking of upgrading my present refugium lights from PL to T5 10K white.

May I know what kind of lightings and photoperiod do you guys have for your refugium?

i think for refugium u are better off with 6500k T5s right? Although depending on which tube u buy, but generally u need a more yellowish tube...

I'm using 36W PL for mine, so far so good, so din see a need to upgrade...

oh yeah also depends on how far ur refugium will be from the light source.. mine is like 2-3" away so PLs work fine for me..

IMHO, try to use those "natural" lights...

6500K.... yellowish stuff... its ugly... but its good.... promotes alot of growth....
