how to get rid of these creatures

recently found some tiny creatures in my tank, esp on the glass and my zoos, size vary from 0.5mm to 4mm (estimated) it looks like sea slug, is it called berghia?

are they harmful to fish/ coral? how to get rid of them? as all my zoos are not open ever since this creatures appear in my tank, as they crawling all over them. other coral seems ok (so far).

NUDIES !!!! very bad >.> !!!!!

they eat your zoos if u notice not opening alot thats why .... best way is to fresh water dip your zoos but also looks your tank is full of them

Isn't there anything that will eat these nudies? Wun be worse than causing additional stress to the corals thru a freshwater dip, right?

I had those pesky nudies once upon a time. They were all over the place. finally decided to get rid of all the zoos and soon afterwards all dissapeared. I think they feed exclusively on zoos so they will starve to death without them. I left my the tank zooless for a few months and fresh water dip all new zoo colonies to prevent reintroduction. HTH

but if u like your zoos best thing is to take them out put them in FW for around 3-4 secs and watch all those little pest fall out but the problem would be there there around in your tank ?

The same thing happened to my buttons. I did a 10second Freshwater dip on the buttons and shook all the nudibranches out.

My buttons are slowly recovering now.

I had problem with my zoo also so I dip all them in FW for 5 minute. I observe the zoo for the next couple of days and do the same routine if found any. If I have to keep on doing it then I would probably throw away all my zoo.

When I had those nudis, I flushed my zoos everyday intil I could spot no more.

Be sure to remove their eggs too as you don't want any more of them.

Also kill those that are in your tank. Most of them come out at night so what I did was just to squash them with my finger (bad move)

Get a wrasse, six line and yellow wrasse works for me....

6-line and yellow wrasse combo is very good for this kinda things, also beneficial if you have pyramid snails in the tank too. I had a very bad case of those and the combo totally eradicated the problem. Highly beneficial to have in ones tank.
